Mangopay S.A. is a limited liability company having its registered office at 2, Avenue Amélie, L-1125 Luxembourg and registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under numberB173459.
Mangopay S.A. (“Mangopay”, “we”, “us”, “our”) has created an API for online platform operators allowing them to integrate a payment solution (“the Mangopay Solution”) on their website or mobile application, through which Mangopay processes payments between users. In order to process these payments, Mangopay holds an electronic money institution licence, allowing it to provide payment services throughout the European Economic Area. This licence was issued by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier [Financial Sector Supervisory Commission] (283 route d’Arlon L-1150 Luxembourg, www.cssf.lu) and can be consulted on the CSSF’s official website and
on the European official register (Euclid).
